Campaign Finance Disclosure

 This web site was paid for by Gene L. Baldassari as an in-kind contribution to the Baldassari for Assembly 2009 Campaign.

 The server space and other tools used to publish this web site were originally purchased by candidate Gene L. Baldassari for the purpose of developing an independent political blog. Except for some of the software, it was purchased before there was any intention of associating with the Modern Whig Party or to run in the 2009 NJ Assembly election.  

 In order to satisfy New Jersey election finance requirements, it is hereby reported that the estimated value of the anticipated campaign use of the server and software will be about $125.00 (one hundred and twenty five dollars). It will be reported on election finance returns as an in-kind contribution.
