Where is the Choice?

Political power parties work together and things get worse.

Political power parties work together to increase taxes.

When political power parties work together, they destroy quality job opportunities.

Political power parties work together to assure that Government spends more and more, even as Citizens are required to reduce their own personal budgets.

Political power parties work together and freedoms are destroyed.

Political power parties work together and private property rights are attacked.

Legislators are unresponsive to Citizens needs, regardless of political power party.

Americans continue to lose their great Country, regardless of political power party.

In short, voting is meaningless and Citizen lobbying is a waste of time.

How does it happen?

In most cases, it is impossible for a candidate to be nominated by a political power party unless he or she takes an unwritten pledge to support actions that almost guarantee a sinking ship.

Their left/right paradigm forces voters to accept two bad choices. Voting for the better of two devils always results in the wrong selection.

The Modern Whig Party offers a viable alternative to the current voter dilemma. This new movement will select only quality candidates to run under their banner. Modern Whig candidates understand their Constitutional requirement to act in the best interests of Citizens.  As a result, Modern Whig candidates are the only real choices.

Even if there is no Modern Whig candidate in a District, voters will be able to participate and benefit, because good officials ultimately benefit everyone.

And, because of its non-partisan nature, the Modern Whig Party will also consider endorsing extraordinary candidates from “other” Parties, just as it has currently endorsed a Republican Congressional Candidate in New Mexico.

This site is designed to report news and information about the Modern Whig Party and its New Jersey Assembly candidate, Gene Baldassari.  As you look through this site, you will experience a breath of fresh air. You’ll notice a Citizen feedback system that can be implemented at no extra cost to taxpayers, term limits to prevent political dynasties from emerging, non-partisan decisions to eliminate the bad effects of meaningless Power Party bickering, and a platform that is based on the needs of Citizens.
