For years the citizens of New Jersey have gone along with the status quo in terms of legislative and judicial dictums.  This blind devotion has led to our current fiscal mess.

For years New Jersey has had the dubious reputation of being one of the most business unfriendly places to do business.

The lack of understanding of our elected officials and their appointees regarding economic and financial matters has led us to our dire position.

New Jersey’s State Constitution calls for the New Jersey Legislature and the Governor to produce a “balanced budget”. Simply put, a budget where the expenses do not exceed the revenues. And for most of the last two decades they have largely ignored this constitutional edict, which is why we are now over $30 billion dollars in debt. They borrow money so they can spend dollars that they do not possess (a variation of the “Ponzi Scheme”), and force the people of this state into financial quicksand.

It is high time for the people of New Jersey to say enough and elect candidates who have read the State Constitution and have the fiscal courage to do what is legal, right and correct.

Until the people of New Jersey stand firm and tell these politicians that they have had enough and vote them out of office, this mismanagement of our state will continue.

It is time for another revolution, and the voters in New Jersey’s  ? District can do their part by electing someone who believes in freedom and liberty, and that person is Gene Baldassari.
